This is a newly created opportunity to work alongside our Global Media Strategist, supporting brand campaigns across Australia, the UK, and the US. From TV and radio to out-of-home and emerging channels, you'll help coordinate campaign delivery, reporting, and media partnerships across multiple markets.
You'll gain hands-on exposure to global ATL strategy, media mix modelling (MMM), and the execution of large-scale brand campaigns.
What you'll do:
As Media Executive, you'll provide operational support to the Global Media Strategist, helping coordinate ATL media partnerships across Australia, the UK, and the US.
Campaign & Asset Coordination: Assist the Global Media Strategist in managing end-to-end campaign delivery. Coordinate with the in-house creative studio and external agencies to ensure media assets are delivered correctly and on time.
Media Partner Support: Act as an operational point of contact for media partners and vendors, helping streamline ongoing processes and scheduling meetings.
Reporting & Data Gathering: Own the build of ATL campaign performance reports, collating data from media partners and internal sources, constructing graphs, tables, and visualisations, and ensuring everything is accurate, sense-checked, and presentation-ready.
Budget & Administration: Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reconciliation in coordination with finance and procurement teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with local leads, brand, performance, and data teams to help align media tracking with broader marketing goals.
We'd love to hear from you if you tick some of these boxes:
3+ years’ experience in a media agency or in-house media role, with ATL campaign experience (TV, OOH, radio or similar)
Strong understanding of end-to-end media workflows, including asset coordination, partner management, tracking, and reporting
Experience with ATL campaign reporting and data tracking, including data collation, QA, and preparation for presentation
Basic understanding of Media Mix Modelling (MMM) concepts
Strong coordination and organisational skills across multiple campaigns and markets
Confident communication skills with internal stakeholders and external media partners
Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic analytics tools
Ability to manage time effectively across multiple time zones
Exposure to AU, US, and UK media markets is a plus
