Job Description

As demand continues to grow across our Ports & Maritime business, we are seeking an experienced leader to join our Sydney team. This is an opportunity to lead a highly regarded team, work with industry-leading clients and play a key role in shaping the future direction of our Ports & Maritime business across NSW and the wider region.

How you’ll make a difference 

  • Lead, manage and grow our ports and maritime team, collaborating with Team Managers across the region to bring the best of AECOM to our clients and projects
  • Drive business development activities, including client engagement, opportunity identification, proposal preparation and strategic positioning to expand the organisation’s presence in the ports and maritime market.
  • Oversee project portfolios, resource planning, budgets, schedules and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Champion quality, safety and sustainability across all project activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and best-practice delivery frameworks.

  • Have significant experience within the ports, maritime, coastal or marine infrastructure sectors.

  • Can successfully manage project portfolios, balancing technical delivery, commercial performance and client expectations.
