As a Sales Programs Coordinator, you will own the operational management of Atlassian partner incentive programs, ensuring registrations are submitted accurately, tracked efficiently, and closed successfully.
You will act as a trusted partner to Sales, Licensing Operations, Finance, and Atlassian stakeholders, helping maximize program benefits while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and data integrity.

What You’ll Be Working On
Atlassian Partner Programs Management
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate registration, eligibility, and program data across CRM and reporting systems.
- Produce and distribute regular reports and dashboards on registration performance, program utilization, pipeline impact, and KPIs.
- Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, or process gaps.
- Maintain missing invoice tracking files and ensure visibility of outstanding vendor invoices.
- Contribute to strong data governance practices by promoting accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all licensing and registration processes.
- Maintain and update process documentation, operating procedures, templates, and knowledge base content.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Licensing Operations, Vendor Management, and Atlassian stakeholders.
- Support automation, AI-driven initiatives, and digital transformation projects aimed at increasing efficiency and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting capabilities, tools, and operational processes.
- Promote operational excellence through knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, partner programs administration, licensing operations, or a similar operational role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and data management processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Experience working within the Atlassian ecosystem or software licensing environment.
- Knowledge of partner incentive programs, deal registrations, or vendor rebate programs.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar business systems.
- Exposure to automation, AI tools, or process improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of software distribution, channel sales, or partner operations.
- Ensure high-quality and compliant partner program registrations.
- Help maximize partner incentives and revenue opportunities.
- Improve operational efficiency through better processes and automation.
- Deliver reliable reporting and actionable business insights.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
