Job Description

Breakfree on Cashel is looking for a Full time Sous Chef to join our team!

You will assist the Head Chef in the overall management of the outlet, leading the work of all Kitchen team Members to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department, overall profitability and reputation within the industry. Encourage and assist with overseeing the training, growth and development of Chefs of a lower level. During periods of high activity, you shine and take great pride in providing our guests with an extraordinary culinary experience.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role, within hotels preferred
  • Relevant qualification
  • Self motivated and able to work well in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively within a diverse team 
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts including mornings and evenings
