• ボッシュのモビリティ事業におけるコア業務プロセスの支援および強化を担当します
• SAP R/3およびS/4HANA環境におけるP2Fプランニングプロセスを主に担当します
• SAP S/4HANAトランスフォーメーションおよびデジタル化推進プロジェクトにおいて重要な役割を担います
• グローバルレベルでのプロセス標準化、統一化、継続的改善を推進します

[Job Description]

• Join the Global Mobility Business Process Team as an SAP PP Process Consultant specializing in P2F (Plan-to-Fulfill) Planning
• Support and enhance core business processes within Bosch’s Mobility Sector
• Focus on P2F planning processes across SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environments
• Play a key role in SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and digitalization programs
• Drive process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement at a global level

• グローバルSAP環境（R/3およびS/4HANA）におけるP2Fプランニングプロセスの支援・最適化・導入
• ボッシュのDX推進の一環として、SAP S/4HANAロールアウトおよびトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトに参画
• プロセスエキスパート、プロセスマネージャー、ITチームと連携し、プロセスの標準化・統一化を推進
• プロジェクトおよび運用フェーズにおけるテスト管理、ユーザートレーニング、ドキュメント作成の支援

[Key Responsibilities]

• Act as a P2F Planning Process Consultant (SAP PP) with expertise in Demand Planning, Forecasting, and MRP processes
• Support, optimize, and deploy P2F planning processes across global SAP landscapes (R/3 & S/4HANA)
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA rollout and transformation projects as part of Bosch’s digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with Process Experts, Process Managers, and IT Teams to drive process harmonization and standardization
• Support test management, user training, and documentation activities during project and operational phases

Qualifications

[応募資格・経験]

• IT、ロジスティクス、情報システム、または関連分野の学士号
• SAP PP領域において約5年のプランニング関連実務経験（MRP、APO、需要計画、予測など）

　   フルサイクルでのSAP導入またはロールアウトプロジェクトの実務経験がある方

　   グローバルプロジェクトおよびS/4HANAの経験があれば尚可

• 製造業における物流業務経験（自動車業界経験があれば尚可）
• SAP APOとERP間の統合に関する十分な理解
• 以下の経験をお持ちの方：
  • プロセスコンサルティングおよびロールアウトプロジェクト
  • FIT-GAP分析および業務プロセス設計
  • テストストマネジメントおよびユーザーサポート

・以下のスキルをお持ちの方：

• ビジネス要件を構造化されたドキュメントに落とし込む能力
• 複数のステークホルダーおよびプロジェクト活動の調整能力
• 自律的に業務を遂行できる分析力および問題解決力

[Required Qualifications & Professional Experience]

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field
• Approximately 5 years of SAP PP functional experience in planning (MRP, APO, Demand Planning, Forecasting), with hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP implementations or rollout projects; exposure to global projects and S/4HANA is preferred.
• Experience in logistics within manufacturing industries; automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration between APO and ERP systems
• Experience in:
  • Process consulting & rollout projects
  • FIT-GAP analysis and process design
  • Test management and user support
• Ability to:
  • Translate business requirements into structured documentations
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders and project activities
  • Work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
