What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of commercial operations specialists across Japan.
Drive key transformation initiatives, including topics such as CRM, eCommerce, pricing, market intelligence, and [Digital] sales enablement.
Build future commercial capabilities through digitalization, analytics, and process improvement.
Translate business strategy into practical actions that improve sales effectiveness and business performance.
Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
Act as a trusted partner to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Support the Head of Commercial Operations in driving departmental priorities, representing the organization in key discussions, and contributing to strategic decision making.

Work Environment: You will be based at our brand-new, state-of-the-art office in Yokohama. The role requires periodic travel to our Tsuchiura office to lead team members, as well as potential travel to meet with customers and partners as you see fit.
