 Key Responsibilities:

As a General Service Technician, you will be the backbone of our shop's daily operations. Your primary duties will include:

• Routine Maintenance: Perform all general maintenance and repair services, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and suspension alignments.

• Diagnostics & Inspection: Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Work closely with the service department to communicate the extent of any damage or malfunctions.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a team of skilled technicians to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.

• Regulatory Compliance: Perform state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections. Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations (including OSHA right-to-know and hazardous waste disposal).

• Shop Excellence: Maintain our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization, including housekeeping functions as directed by management.

 Qualifications:

• A positive, energetic attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Basic automotive mechanical knowledge and a desire to learn and grow.

• Ability to effectively communicate mechanical issues to the service team.

• Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

• Valid driver's license (preferred).

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Current driver’s licenses
• This is an entry level position.  We would prefer a high school or equivalent diploma, but this is not required. 

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
• Efficiently navigate a computer
