  • Location: Odessa, DE
  • Grade Level: Kindergarten
  • Start Date: FMLA Coverage August 25th - November 13th
  • Schedule: 8:35AM-4:10PM
  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
  • Provide therapy and intervention services to students
  • Address expressive/receptive language and pragmatic skills
  • Support students with behavior management needs as related to communication
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Caseload Details:
  • Typical caseload will be 50-60 students (10-12 students per day)
  • If working in special programs, caseload will be 30-35 students
  • Access to shared office space
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (MSLP)
  • Experience with elementary and middle school populations strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competence
