Seeking a Right-of-Way Due Diligence Agent with experience interpreting easements, reviewing land records, and supporting midstream pipeline and gathering system projects. This role is responsible for analyzing right-of-way documents, reviewing title and property information, interpreting surveys and plats, maintaining land-related data, and supporting land administration activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with midstream assets and gathering systems, possess a strong understanding of easements and property rights, and be comfortable reviewing complex land documentation. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and experienced with GIS and database systems commonly used in land and right-of-way operations.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Houston, Texas with the potential for long-term employment opportunities. No travel or vehicle requirements are associated with this role.
### Responsibilities
Review and interpret easements and right-of-way agreements
Analyze and understand provisions contained within land and easement documents
Review alignment sheets, surveys, plats, and related property records
Support due diligence efforts for midstream and gathering system projects
Research title information and ownership records
Maintain and update land-related databases and documentation
Utilize GIS and mapping tools to support land and right-of-way activities
Identify and resolve discrepancies within land records and project documentation
Collaborate with land, engineering, operations, and project teams as needed
Ensure accuracy and completeness of land and right-of-way records
### Required Qualifications
Midstream and/or gathering system experience
Experience reviewing and interpreting easements and right-of-way agreements
Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats
Working knowledge of title research and property ownership documentation
Database experience
Experience with GIS tools such as Google Earth, ArcGIS, or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Must be eligible to permanently work in the United States

Additional title and due diligence experience
Experience supporting pipeline development or operations projects
Advanced GIS and mapping experience
