Role Overview:

As an Analyst in the Decision Science team at RZR Global, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in guiding strategic decisions through in-depth analysis, driving key insights that influence product rollouts, optimizing business performance and driving impactful business outcomes. Your expertise in deep dive analytics, coupled with a strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations, will be extremely critical in shaping our success. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams to support product development, optimization, and successful rollouts. This role requires in-office presence and will be based in our Bengaluru office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deep Dive Analytics: Perform detailed performance analysis on new product rollouts and identify root causes behind underperforming campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving performance.
  2. Product Rollouts: Offer analytical guidance for new product launches, streamline the rollout process, and conduct pre- and post-launch analysis to assess success and highlight areas for improvement.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Campaign Operations teams to deliver data-driven insights and ensure seamless execution of critical products and campaigns. Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management by aligning priorities and initiating effective communication across teams.
  4. Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Develop and ideate reporting frameworks tailored for different stakeholders, including defining key KPI metrics. Design and implement dashboards to support reporting needs across teams.
  5. Data Visualization & Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate insights to all stakeholders, utilizing advanced data visualization techniques to convey complex findings in an easily digestible format.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics, root cause analysis (RCA), data visualization, and providing actionable recommendations. Strong skills in both data and product analytics are essential.
  2. Industry Experience: At least 1.5 years of hands-on analytics experience in the programmatic media advertising or ad tech industry (required).
  3. Educational Background: Graduate degree in Engineering.
  4. Startup Environment: Passionate about working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, excellent stakeholder management.
  5. Technical Expertise: Experience using BI tools (Tableau, Sisense, etc.), along with advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and other relevant data query tools.
  6. Communication & Work Ethic: Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong work ethic.
