The NBCUniversal Team is looking for a Manager, Corporate Services – FOH Hospitality. At NBCUniversal, we believe in the talent of our people. What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for managing the front-of-house operations at our Peacock Grill dining venue. Overseeing a contracted staff, the manager will provide day-to-day operational excellence and leadership to the venue.
- Delivers employee, production, vendor, and guest services and amenities that elevate engagement, convenience, and productivity, which may include special programming, events, and activations.
- Other areas of responsibility include but are not limited to managing outsourced dining, office pantry, catering, and micro market service providers, gym and wellness facilities, commuter programs, parking and EV charging points, other employee amenity programs (credit unions, dry cleaners, carwash), and other functions as may be identified and developed.
- Builds and communicates performance reporting for major areas of responsibility, including developing key metrics that drive strong business strategies.
- Identifies opportunities to create standards and SOPs across multiple sites that optimize operations, reduce costs, and ensure a consistent delivery experience.
- Responsible for fostering strong, long-term relationships with private event/dining customers and working with both internal business partners and third-party vendors to drive revenue, satisfaction, and innovation in programming.
- Work cross-functionally with facilities operations and the internal events team to ensure all client requirements are accurately communicated and executed.
- Review feedback and look for actionable items and ways to constantly improve services and client experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience working in complex corporate or hospitality-based services in a relevant industry.
- 4-year college degree in related field required.
- Effective communicator, able to influence, read their audience, be agile.
- Ability to identify and lead a team of 7+ under complex terms and language in vendor contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
- Ability to navigate through complex situations and personalities.
- Ability to lead and develop a team towards growth and overall team success.
- Open availability to work varying shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
- Ability to stand and be mobile for extended amounts of time, and the ability to lift 25 lbs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience leading dining, concierge, and/or hospitality services within a complex and changing environment similar to NBCUniversal.
- Robust performance reporting, financial modeling, and metric tools
- Leadership over large dining and catering services.
- Ability to balance and lead multiple disciplines

Salary range: $77,000 - $85,000
