1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
At 1Password, our purpose is to build a safe, simpler digital future for everyone. The Sr. Campaign Manager for SaaS Manager is the person who makes that real for one of our highest-potential growth bets.
This isn't a role for someone who waits for the playbook to be written. It's for someone who writes it — tests it — throws out what doesn't work — and doubles down on what does. You'll lead growth marketing for 1Password's SaaS Manager solution as a core member of the SaaS Manager virtual business unit, reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Campaigns with a dotted line to the SaaS Manager GM. Your mandate is clear: create demand, generate pipeline, and find the repeatable growth loops that will take SaaS Manager from high-potential bet to scaled business.
You'll own new logo demand gen and cross-sell expansion strategy — end-to-end — partnering with Product, PMM, Revenue Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Web, and Sales to sharpen positioning, unlock pipeline, and build the marketing engine this business needs to scale. You're the bridge between experimentation and execution, ensuring momentum never stalls and every test gets you closer to what works.
You'll also build and leverage AI agents and automated workflows as a core part of how you operate — moving faster, surfacing insights sooner, and scaling what's working without adding headcount.
This is a role for a builder. Someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates from first principles, and gets genuinely excited about the challenge of finding product-market fit in motion. If you're energized by speed, ownership, and the idea of leaving your fingerprints on a business that's just getting started — this is your seat at the table.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
8+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with a track record of building programs from the ground up.
Proven ability to own pipeline outcomes end-to-end -- from strategy through execution and measurement -- across multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth, adoption, and revenue impact, without waiting for perfect conditions or complete resources.
Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives as a driving force, including bringing new products or capabilities to market by rallying teams, removing blockers, and taking accountability for results even outside your direct authority.
Deep familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and the content/messaging needed to influence them.
Strong understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS growth metrics including ARR, pipeline generation, product adoption, retention, and expansion.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a bias toward action and experimentation; comfortable making high-quality decisions with imperfect information and owning the outcomes.
Ability to deliver clear recommendations and influence decisions across all levels of the organization.
Proactive use of AI as a force-multiplier for demand generation efforts -- speeding research, insights, and content iteration -- while preserving brand voice and accuracy.
Location Requirement: Must be based in EST
