Job Description
GG Media is looking for an organized and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events, corporate functions, community activations, and brand experiences. Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion.
- Support event logistics, scheduling, venue preparation, and vendor coordination.
- Help manage event materials, supplies, and promotional assets.
- Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
- Communicate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor event timelines and assist in maintaining project schedules.
- Prepare event documentation, reports, and administrative records.
- Contribute ideas to enhance attendee experiences and event effectiveness.
- Ensure all events reflect company standards and client expectations.
