We're looking for an experienced Balance Technician who takes pride in precision, understands airflow, and knows how to ensure HVAC systems perform the way they're designed.
Requirements
- Previous HVAC air balancing experience required
- Experience testing and measuring airflow using balancing equipment
- Ability to read plans and understand HVAC system design
- Knowledge of airflow adjustments, dampers, and system performance verification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50–100 lbs and work 8–10 hr days
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work
