About the Role
As a Senior Manager – Research & Thought Leadership, GCC Business, you will shape the insights, narratives, and data-backed perspectives that define Zinnov’s voice in the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem.
This role will own the thought leadership engine for Zinnov’s GCC business—identifying emerging themes, building sharp points of view, and converting research, data, and stakeholder inputs into compelling narratives for CXOs, GCC leaders, policymakers, industry bodies, partners, and the broader market.
You will work closely with leadership, consulting teams, marketing, customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to create influential research-backed narratives that strengthen Zinnov’s market positioning and industry credibility.
What You’ll Do
Thought Leadership & Market Narratives
- Own marketing-enabled thought leadership across reports, whitepapers, executive POVs, keynote narratives, articles, and data-led market insights.
- Develop differentiated perspectives around GCC setup, transformation, AI, innovation, global talent, operating models, location strategy, and ecosystem evolution.
- Translate data, expert inputs, and market intelligence into compelling narratives that strengthen Zinnov’s market position.
- Create executive-ready presentations and storylines for events, media, client conversations, campaigns, and strategic marketing programs.
Research & Insight Development
- Develop research hypotheses, analytical frameworks, benchmarks, and insight models.
- Lead primary and secondary research including executive interviews, surveys, analyst inputs, market scans, competitive intelligence, and ecosystem benchmarking.
- Build reusable knowledge assets, proprietary datasets, and insight repositories that strengthen Zinnov’s IP.
- Analyze market trends, enterprise transformation themes, and GCC ecosystem shifts to create actionable insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Market Engagement
- Work closely with senior leaders, consulting teams, marketing, customers, partners, industry bodies, and government stakeholders to surface insights and validate perspectives.
- Partner with design, content, digital, PR, and leadership teams to convert insights into high-impact market-facing assets.
- Support strategic storytelling across campaigns, media interactions, and executive engagements.
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in consulting, research, market intelligence, thought leadership, analyst relations, corporate strategy, or B2B marketing research.
- Strong understanding of technology services, GCCs, global talent ecosystems, digital transformation, enterprise innovation, or professional services.
- Experience working on market research, strategic narratives, executive storytelling, or ecosystem intelligence initiatives.
Key Skills
- Strong consulting-style problem structuring and hypothesis-led thinking.
- Excellent storytelling ability with the capability to turn fragmented inputs into clear, differentiated, executive-level narratives.
- Strong command over PowerPoint, Excel, research databases, survey/interview methodologies, and structured market analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior leadership and external ecosystem stakeholders.
- High ownership and ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Strong editorial discipline, analytical thinking, and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Curiosity to learn, synthesize emerging market signals, and stay updated on GCC, AI, talent, and enterprise transformation trends.
