About your tasks:

Act as a strategic finance business partner to the CIO and top level Technology leadership, serving as a trusted financial co-pilot to guide decision-making.
Provide financial guidance to shape IT strategy and enable high-impact, data-driven decisions.
Co-develop and refine investment prioritization and capital allocation frameworks.
Lead and support the development of robust business cases for high-impact initiatives.
Ensure capital is allocated to the highest value-creating opportunities.
Own technology cost and investment reporting across the function.
Ensure accurate, transparent, and IFRS-compliant financial reporting.
Monitor budgets and investment performance, balancing financial discipline with strategic flexibility.

About You:

4–6 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or a similar role
Strong analytical capabilities paired with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset
Affinity with digital business models and/or experience in eCommerce environments
Confident communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders across functions
Proactive, curious, and driven to improve processes and challenge the status quo
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Solid understanding of IFRS, particularly CapEx vs. OpEx distinctions
