Job Description
Job Summary
- The Production Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment in the facility.
- The Production Operator will be required to coordinate with other team members, at the direction of the Production Manager, to complete daily tasks as required to meet the production schedule.
- The Production Operator will be required to maintain expected levels of quality and cleanliness
***Pay for this opportunity is $20-$24/hr***
***Strong background in construction and/or manufacturing preferred***
***The typical work schedule will be Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p***
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve proficiency with multiple production machines and operations.
- Work independently and alongside other team members as required.
- Fulfill requirements of completion for digital and physical documents related to production.
- Meet all safety and quality requirements prescribed by standard operating procedures.
- Maintain tools and equipment, and complete preventative maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workstations, and the production facility in general.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or state recognized equivalent required
- United States citizenship required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand consistently throughout the day
- Experience in the construction of furniture, cabinetry, etc. strongly preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Basic computer and digital communication proficiency
