We're looking for a strong integration support engineer to join our Tech Support team. Our support engineers troubleshoot live issues across 300+ supplier integrations that directly impact booking operations and B2B service reliability.

Requirements

Experience in technical support of hotel products is a plus
Experience working with logs
Experience with monitoring systems
Understanding of API principles
Knowledge of Postman
Conversational English at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate)
