Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements
Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT
Prepare and review job plans, conduct semiannual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, perform succession planning in preparation for growth

Bachelor's degree in physical science (chemistry, physics, etc.), or other related degree concentration, with a minimum of 4 years of experience
At least 2 years of GMP industry leadership experience is required.

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

The position is full-time, 8pm to 6am, Wed to Sat or Sun to Wed (4x10s shift)
May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.
