Main Responsibilities

• Lead ESG reporting: act as the central coordinator for our ESG reporting. You will work closely with Legal, Finance, and other teams to make sure our disclosures are accurate and delivered on time.

• Drive CSR strategy: design and implement our corporate social responsibility strategy. You will make sure our initiatives aren't just "feel-good" projects but actually support and align with our business goals.

• Manage NGO partnerships: take the lead on our relationships with the NGO sector. This involves working with our current partners and proactively finding new organizations globally that fit our mission.

• Execute internal & external projects: create and run ESG/CSR projects for both our employees and the public. You will be responsible for the full execution, coordinating with various teams to get things done.

• Collaborate with stakeholders: work with senior leadership across the company to ensure our sustainability goals bring real value and are integrated into how we operate.

• Advocacy and representation: serve as a subject matter expert, translating complex frameworks into actionable insights and representing our initiatives in high-level meetings and public forums.

Core Requirements

• ESG & CSR experience: proven experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of global reporting frameworks (such as GRI, CSRD, etc), current regulatory landscape and a track record of building mutually beneficial, long-term strategic alliances with NGO partners.

• Strong managerial and coordination skills: you are a natural at project management and feel comfortable leading initiatives that require help from many different departments.

• Skilled at high-level stakeholder management: you are an approachable and diplomatic communicator, flexible enough to find the right path forward while confidently aligning senior leaders and diverse teams across the company.

• Professional communication: excellent English skills and the ability to give clear, impactful presentations to any audience.

• Strategic mindset: you can see the big picture and find ways to make our ESG and CSR strategies drive real value.
