Welcome Host

Job Description

We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and service driven Welcome Host to be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors at a high end residential building in the heart of Soho. 

This is a standalone position where you’ll take ownership of the front of house experience and ensure the building runs smoothly day to day.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Build rapport with residents and recognise regular visitors
• Assist with daily requests such as taxi bookings, reservations, deliveries, and directions
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and support building security protocols
• Oversee visitor management and access control
• Coordinate with building management and facilities teams to report issues or support maintenance needs
• Handle queries, complaints, and requests with confidence and discretion
• Carry out general administrative and reception duties to support smooth building operations

Hours: 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Strong multitasking ability and excellent communication skills
• Previous customer service or front of house experience
• Able to remain calm and efficient during busy morning periods
• Comfortable working independently during quieter afternoon hours
• Confident dealing with a demanding, high expectation client base
• The successful candidate either have a valid SIA license, or be comfortable with obtaining one.
