Fire Sprinkler Foreman

Firetrol Protection Systems is a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services, committed to protecting people and property. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to join our team.

As a Sprinkler Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of sprinkler systems. This includes wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems, as well as foam and fire pumps. You will work closely with a team of technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler systems
• Coordinate and schedule project activities, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
• Inspect and test systems to ensure compliance with codes and standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years in a service-oriented role
• Prior experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems
• Knowledge of foam and fire pumps is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends, nights, and overtime as needed
