Warehouse Operative

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Milton Keynes team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.

Salary: £27176,70 per annum

What you'll be doing:

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers
• Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
• Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
• PPT experience is essential for this role
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well
