Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and release of window regulator and/or door glass components
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and vehicle integration)
- Manage component validation, testing, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with program timing, cost, and technical requirements
- Support change management and continuous improvement activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in automotive engineering, preferably with closures systems
- Experience with window regulators, door glass systems, or closely related components
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
