We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Contract Validation Specialist to support the validation of contract fields within our Ironclad CLM system. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and eager to perform repetitive yet critical data validation tasks that ensure accuracy and compliance across our legal operations.

### Key Responsibilities:

Validate and verify contract fields and metadata in Ironclad CLM.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of contract data.

Identify and correct discrepancies or missing information.

Maintain structured documentation of validation progress and issues.

Collaborate with legal operations and data teams to resolve data quality gaps.

Follow standardized processes and adhere to quality guidelines.

### Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Ability to perform repetitive validation tasks with consistency and focus.

Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, preferably Ironclad CLM.

Basic understanding of contract documents and data fields.
