As SOCOTEC grows, so do our teams. We’re looking for a dedicated Emissions Monitoring Technician to join our Environment & Safety – Air & Emissions division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Emissions Monitoring Technician to join our Environment & Safety team. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to support MCERTS and UKAS-accredited emissions testing activities while working safely on client sites. An interest in environmental monitoring is essential to thrive in this position.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting industrial emissions testing at client sites including some working away from home
• Assisting with equipment maintenance and calibration
• Packing and sending samples to accredited laboratories

Qualifications

To be a successful Emissions Monitoring Technician, you should be able to demonstrate:
• Full UK driving licence
• General awareness of environmental legislation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
