Senior Product Manager – Pharma Process Design & AI (m/f/d)

Job Description

About your tasks:

• Design and own complex, end-to-end product solutions that create lean, scalable, and compliant pharmaceutical processes
• Translate regulatory and operational complexity into clean system designs and structured product architectures
• Act as the bridge between operations, product, and engineering, driving cross-functional alignment and timely delivery
• Proactively identify and implement AI-driven enhancements and agent-based solutions to improve workflow orchestration, document generation, and decision support
• Apply a data-driven and experimental approach to validate solutions, leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Codex) to prototype, iterate, and scale impactful features

Qualifications

About you:

• You are a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in designing complex systems and scalable product solutions
• You bring a data-driven and structured mindset, and enjoy breaking down complexity into clear, effective designs
• You have hands-on exposure to AI, automation, or intelligent systems, and understand how to apply them pragmatically to real-world problems
• Experience in pharma or other regulated industries and affinity for European healthcare markets is a plus
