We are seeking a hands-on RPA / AI Automation Lead with strong software engineering experience to design, build, and own end-to-end automation solutions, integrations, and internal applications in a fast-moving environment. You will write real code, build real software, and ship production systems that attorneys and operations staff depend on daily.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, including cloud flows, desktop/RPA flows, bots, and custom connectors
- Develop full stack internal applications and tools that support legal operations, reporting, document workflows, and case management
- Design and implement API integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and custom services
- Build AI-enabled workflows using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, LLM APIs, and related technologies
- Identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and own projects from requirements through deployment and support
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior team members
- Partner directly with firm leadership to shape automation strategy and technology initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 6-10+ years of software development and automation experience
- Strong full-stack development skills with experience building front-end and back-end solutions
- Deep experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including cloud and desktop flows, RPA, custom connectors, and exception handling
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, PowerShell, or similar technologies
- Strong API integration experience, including REST, SOAP, JSON, OAuth, and webhooks
- Experience building scalable, production-grade automations and integrations
- Proven ability to independently own projects from design through deployment
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce or CRM experience, including Flow, Apex, LWC, or Salesforce API integrations
- Document management systems, including Box, SharePoint, or similar systems
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI/LLM platforms
- Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Event Grid
- Experience with Box, SharePoint, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Legal, healthcare, insurance, or other workflow-intensive industry experience
