Andromeda Robotics

The Bigger Picture
At Andromeda Robotics, we’re not just imagining the future of human-robot relationships; we’re building it. Abi is the first emotionally intelligent humanoid companion robot, designed to bring care, conversation, and joy to the people who need it most. Backed by tier-1 investors and with customers already deploying Abi across aged care and healthcare, we’re scaling fast, and we’re doing it with an engineering-first culture that’s obsessed with pushing the limits of what’s possible.
This is a rare moment to join: we’re post-technical validation, pre-ubiquity, and building out the team that will take Abi from early access to global scale.
Our Values
- Empathy - Kindness and compassion are at the heart of everything we do.
- Play - Play sharpens focus. It keeps us curious, fast and obsessed with the craft.
- Never Settle- A relentless ambition, bias toward action, and uncomfortable levels of curiosity.
- Tenacity - Tenacious under pressure, we assume chaos and stay in motion to adapt and progress.
- Unity- Different minds. Shared mission. No passengers.
Your role in the action
We’re searching for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Content Manager to step into a 12-month parental leave cover and keep Andromeda’s marketing engine moving at full speed.
This role is bigger than content alone. Yes, you’ll shape the Andromeda story across social, video, website, email and media. But you’ll also take ownership of the day-to-day marketing operations that keep our brand visible, our channels active, our events sharp, and our commercial systems running smoothly.
You’ll balance big-picture thinking with practical execution, moving comfortably between creative storytelling, campaign delivery, website and CRM management, external partner coordination, event execution, reporting, and budget tracking. Supported by our external marketing service and specialist suppliers, you’ll make sure nothing important drops while our Marketing Manager is away.
How you’ll make an impact
- Create content that actually lands: write engaging copy and create short-form videos, social posts, newsletters, articles, case studies and web content that bring the Andromeda story to life.
- Own our social presence: manage Andromeda’s LinkedIn and Instagram activity, including proactive and reactive posting, comment engagement, inbox replies, content scheduling and channel hygiene.
- Lead video and visual content creation: storyboard, script, film and edit simple internal content yourself, while also briefing and managing external videographers or designers for more complex projects.
- Keep the website fresh and high-performing: manage our website in Webflow, including updating content, publishing articles, building new pages and forms, maintaining the CMS, and supporting broader refresh work such as SEO, page speed and careers page updates.
- Run email marketing and automation: manage campaign emails, newsletters, audience segmentation, email lists and website automations, while keeping our CRM and email workflows organised and effective.
- Support commercial momentum through CRM ownership: maintain ActiveCampaign so contacts, tags, deals and related activity are tracked accurately and the platform is being used to its full potential.
- Champion events and conferences: lead Andromeda’s presence at customer-facing third-party events, from planning and promotion through to logistics, asset coordination, stakeholder alignment and on-the-ground execution.
- Manage integrated campaigns: deliver bigger cross-channel moments across social, website, email and media when we have launches, announcements or other high-priority brand moments.
- Handle media and external relationships: respond to media enquiries, share media kits, coordinate follow-up internally, and manage relationships with agencies, partners, suppliers, publishers and other external stakeholders.
- Keep reporting tight: monitor marketing performance and relevant sales pipeline reporting, check dashboards and key metrics, and surface useful insights to the team.
- Manage the marketing budget and admin basics: keep budget tracking current, coordinate printing and production of assets, and stay on top of the operational detail that keeps the function running well.
- Bring startup energy: roll up your sleeves, switch between strategy and execution quickly, and pitch in where needed. In a company like ours, flexibility, initiative and self-direction matter.
