Job Description

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner you will develop and implement positive behaviour support plans for adults and children with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting functional behaviour assessments
  • Creating evidence-based, personalised support plans
  • Working with a varied caseload with comprehensive support

Qualifications

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow their skills. You will be committed to achieving positive outcomes for our clients and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

You take pride in delivering person-centred, ethical interventions, bring a positive attitude to your work, enjoy being part of a collaborative team, and aren’t afraid to have a bit of fun along the way. 

You will have:

  • Current registration (Core, Proficient or Advanced) as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner 
  • Demonstrated experience in providing support to people with behaviours of concern
  • Degree qualifications in allied health or a related area is essential
  • Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle
