Job Description
We are seeking Microsoft Fabric Presales to join our team. The candidate will have a strong background in data platform modernization, AI, and business strategy. This role involves leading the end-to-end presales process, facilitating workshops, and developing compelling solution stories that align with our clients' business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Business framing - lead business framing activities before diving into technical solutions.
- Workshops and discovery - conduct AI discovery workshops, data governance sessions, and legacy migration discussions. Shape requirements and drive strategic conversations with clients.
- Architecture story - develop and communicate architecture stories involving OneLake, Direct Lake, medallion architecture, and Fabric capacity planning. Address governance, migration patterns, and deployment management.
- Partner-aligned narrative - Collaborate with strategic partners. Articulate joint business-development ambitions and partner-aligned narratives.
- Value engineering - develop ROI/TCO analyses, benefits narratives, and measurement plans.
- Proposal/RFP ownership - own the proposal and RFP process, including compliance matrix, structured responses, and high-quality writing.
- Technical literacy - maintain a high level of AI and data technical literacy to engage credibly with clients. Stay updated on data platforms and AI advancements.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field,
- Proven experience in data platform modernization, AI, and business strategy,
- Strong workshop facilitation and requirements shaping skills,
- Excellent value engineering capability (ROI/TCO, benefits narrative, measurement plan),
- Proficiency in Microsoft Fabrics, Power BI, One Lake, Direct Lake, Azure, CI/CD, Python, SQL, and AI technologies,
- Strong proposal/RFP ownership and high-quality writing skills,
- Ability to collaborate with strategic partners and align narratives,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Additional Information
Hybrid work model – 2 days per week from the office (Warsaw, Lublin, Katowice, Łódź, Rzeszów or Poznań).
