Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-facing RMM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing RMM environments, particularly ConnectWise Automate, who is eager to expand their expertise into NinjaOne (NinjaRMM).
The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence with outstanding communication skills and a professional consulting presence. You will work directly with clients, participate in discovery and consulting calls, provide technical guidance, and help drive automation and operational efficiency across managed environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary SME for RMM platforms and endpoint management solutions.
- Manage, configure, maintain, and optimize ConnectWise Automate environments.
- Learn and become proficient in NinjaOne (NinjaRMM) to support current and future client engagements.
- Participate in client-facing consulting, discovery, and technical strategy calls.
- Design and implement monitoring, alerting, remediation, and automation workflows.
- Create and maintain scripts, policies, and automation processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint, monitoring, and automation issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Document technical processes, best practices, and implementation standards.
- Provide recommendations on RMM strategy, endpoint management, and operational optimization.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms.
- Strong experience with ConnectWise Automate administration, configuration, and automation.
- Experience creating and maintaining scripts and automated remediation workflows.
- Strong understanding of Windows endpoint management and systems administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Professional, confident, and consultative personality.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn and master NinjaOne (NinjaRMM).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NinjaOne, ConnectWise, Datto RMM, Kaseya VSA, or other leading RMM platforms.
- Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Exposure to patch management, endpoint security, and device lifecycle management.
- Experience conducting technical presentations, workshops, or client consultations.
