Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Provide structured and efficient administrative and business support to the ISE business unit, ensuring timely preparation of bidding documentation and effective coordination in accordance with company policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, make costing, clarify technical specifications, work together with salesmen, regional support team and customers; coordinate and submit bidding documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative and operational support within assigned scope to assist managers in improving business processes and resolving day-to-day issues.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures within the function.
- Identify recurring issues, propose practical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements; may support or lead specific project tasks when required.
- Support the sales function in accounts receivable (AR) follow-up and preparation of business data and reports for analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
Qualifications
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
- Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related area.
- Specialized requirements – Qualifications/licences:
- Years of professional experience: Preferably a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in document preparation for bidding in government or project-based environments.
- Language skills: Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
- Other:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of technical documentation and drawings.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and coordination capabilities.
- Proactive, with a “can-do” attitude and ability to build effective working relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
