### What You'll Do
  • Support Reverse Logistics operations for the Australia and Philippines markets by facilitating carrier assignments— coordinate reverse logistics workflows across both markets, manage carrier allocation, track return shipment statuses, and resolve carrier-related escalations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Work with data to further improve reverse logistics processing — analyze return logistics data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, monitor key metrics such as return processing time and carrier performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the reverse supply chain.
  • Assist in negotiations for new 3PLs — support the evaluation and onboarding of new third-party logistics providers by conducting market research, benchmarking service offerings and pricing, and coordinating communication between internal stakeholders and prospective 3PL partners.
  • Work with other stakeholders to reduce return rates — collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Marketing, Product, and Fulfillment teams to identify root causes of high return rates in the AU and PH markets and contribute to implementing targeted initiatives to measurably reduce return volumes.
  • ### Who We Are Looking For:
  • Currently an undergraduate student taking up Industrial Engineering or a similar engineering degree program.
  • Has 9 academic units or less in the current or upcoming term, allowing for meaningful time and bandwidth commitment to the role.
  • Available to commit for a minimum of 6 months and able to start on July 15, 2026.
  • Results-driven and accountable — takes full ownership of assigned tasks, sets ambitious goals, and efficiently works toward achieving targets with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Analytical and data-informed — able to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate findings into practical operational improvements.
  • Willing to handle administrative and manual tasks — comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support ground-level operational work as needed without hesitation.
  • Continuous improvement mindset — consistently looks for smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to get things done and is not satisfied with the status quo.
  • Independent and proactive — capable of taking initiative, working with minimal supervision, and making sound decisions without waiting to be directed.
  • Strong executional skills — highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on tasks efficiently and accurately from start to finish.
  • Entrepreneurial thinker — brings fresh ideas to the table, thinks pragmatically, and is not afraid to propose and test new approaches to operational challenges.
