Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep subject matter expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The successful candidate will lead a global, cross functional initiative to onboard previously unmanaged applications. The role demands strong stakeholder management, escalation handling, and regular reporting to direct & senior leadership.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding of applications into the IGA tool
- Track progress and ensure reconciliation compliance
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate with CTO stakeholders to ensure automation timelines are met
- Provide guidance on IAM topics (RBAC, provisioning, reconciliation, etc.)
- Ensure alignment with Group and CIB standards
- Build strong relationships with business, IT, and security teams
- Lead status meetings, steering committees, and progress updates
- Identify risks/issues and drive resolution
- Escalate critical blockers with proposed solutions
- Create dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports
- Act as liaison between global and regional IAM teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading large scale, global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred)
- Proven track record delivering IAM/IGA initiatives on time and within budget
- 5+ years of hands on experience with IAM/IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance, Oracle Identity Governance)
- Deep understanding of application onboarding, access reconciliation, entitlement certification, role mining, and segregation of duties
- Experience with reporting/visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for KPI dashboards
