Job Description

We are looking for chefs who:

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes to brand standards.
  • Managing your own section and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Supporting with ordering, stock control and minimising waste.
  • Coaching and developing junior members of the brigade.
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and senior team to drive quality and consistency.
