Fleet Co-Ordinator

Job Description

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective management, compliance, and coordination of all company-owned and leased vehicles across construction sites in Ireland, UK & Europe.

• Maintain a comprehensive asset register of all vehicles.
• Coordinate servicing, preventative maintenance, CVRT/MOT testing, and inspections.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and service-related documentation.
• Maintain fleet tracking system
• Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and defect reporting.
• Coordinate breakdown assistance and repairs.
• Manage fuel cards and monitor fuel usage.
• Support insurance claims and incident investigations.
• Generate fleet compliance reports for senior management
• Support with maintaining plant database

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and coordination skills
• Knowledge of fleet operations
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong IT skills (Excel essential; experience with fleet/asset systems desirable)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-driven environment
• Good communication skills across operational and site teams
• Previous experience in an administrative or fleet-based role
• Strong working knowledge of compliance documentation
