Job Description

We’re looking for a full time Team Leader to help lead our amazing crew at Victoria & Albert Museum Cafe and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience every time!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of front-line staff to provide top-notch service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere for both staff and guests.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met consistently.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

About the Team Leader role:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments with ease.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• We Offer:

  Rate: up to £14.00 per hour

  Contract: Full time/ Permanent
