Senior Sales Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Jakarta. You will represent our client with integrity, focusing on delivering business value through IT solutions, including ERP, CRM, SCM, Retail, and Engineered Product Design. The role requires a consultative approach, strong relationship building skills, and the ability to drive growth in the medium enterprise segment.
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling IT solutions and services
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Experience selling ERP, CRM, and retail solutions is required for this role.
* Solid understanding of IT solutioning and enterprise applications
* Strong presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills
* Established professional network with medium enterprise clients
* Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Bachelor’s degree in any major (GPA > 3.0 preferred)
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Roles & Responsibilities
1 - Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting medium enterprise companies
2 - Conduct market research and data analysis to identify opportunities
3 - Engage clients through consultative selling, addressing ERP/CRM/SCM/Retail needs
4 - Build and maintain long term client relationships
5 - Deliver effective presentations and solution demonstrations
6 - Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets
7 - Provide accurate sales reporting and forecasting
8 - Collaborate with cross functional teams (delivery, presales, marketing)
9 - Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and client engagement
