Position Summary
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer and internal orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and system updates
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand-up lifts (as certified)
• Stage and load outbound shipments for carriers and internal transfers
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support peak operations and assist other departments as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or WMS systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred Qualifications
• Forklift and material-handling equipment certification
• Experience with shipping carriers and freight coordination
• Knowledge of inventory control best practices
• Prior experience in a fast-paced or high-volume warehouse environment
