ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
跟进处理客户订单并为客户提供优质服务。
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- 执行公司客户服务流程，受理订单，检查订单执行情况，促进订单履行的及时性及准确性并符合客人要求；
- 通过电话、电邮、传真等，及时受理及跟进客户的咨询，建议及意见等；
- 遵循公司的流程及服务标准，及时受理及跟进客户投诉；
- 通过日常工作与客建立良好的合作关系，主动分析潜在销售机会，促成更多订单成交以及积极配合主管完成团队的销售目标。
- 完成公司及部门各项要求，如服务水平、成本控制、质量成本等方面；
- 遵守公司各项政策、各项系统操作规程及各项规章制度，积极配合和参与公司质量认证，安全，5S等在部门内的开展；
- 积极支持和协助部门其他员工完成各项任务及目标；
- 跨部门团队合作，推动订单及项目执行；
- 积极参与公司各类型改善项目；
- 积极配合及参与个人及部门业绩考核；.
- 参与及提供对新员工的指导和培训；
- 管理人员安排及上司安排的其它工作。
职位要求
- 大专或以上学历，及2年以上相关行业（跟单、客户服务等）工作经验；
- 英语听说读写熟练，熟悉电脑操作，Windows操作系统及Windows办公软件（ Word, Excel等）；
- 以客户为导向，为关注客户需求，具备良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心；
- 良好的表达能力和沟通能力；
- 有一定的应变能力、协调能力、问题处理能力及危机意识, 能独立处理紧急问题/事件；
- 工作态度积极主动；
- 有一定分析问题能力，擅长数据处理；
- 具有辅导/培训新员工经验者优先。
