Alice & Bob is building fault-tolerant quantum computers using superconducting cat qubits. As we transition from research to commercial deployment, our first systems are shipping to major HPC centers to empower the scientific community.
### About the role:
The Quantum Research Community Manager sits at the intersection of user relationship management, scientific engagement, and ecosystem development. Your primary goal is to drive the successful adoption of Alice & Bob hardware and facilitate impactful research outcomes.

### Responsibilities:
Champion the user journey by actively tracking satisfaction and continuously elevating the quality of the user experience.
Track equipment usage, maximize adoption, and actively support research initiatives and scientific publications.
Map, understand, and engage quantum research communities.
Organize trainings, workshops, and educational initiatives in collaboration with internal experts.
Drive the long-term adoption of Alice & Bob’s hardware by tracking global research trends and aligning our technology to support future scientific breakthroughs.
Support active research projects and mobilize subject-matter experts to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage incoming non-urgent user inquiries and synthesize user feedback into actionable insights for the product and sales teams.
Represent Alice & Bob at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
### Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer-facing environments and educational initiatives.
MSc or PhD in quantum computing, quantum engineering, physics, computer science, or a related field.
Experience in software development, ideally working with Python.
Ability and willingness to travel across France and Europe.
Highly adaptive communication style, with a track record of effectively engaging scientific, technical, and executive-level audiences.
Fluent in French and English.
An analytical, forward-thinking mindset with a proven track record of taking initiative and solving complex problems.
Nice to Have :
Knowledge of quantum error correction or bosonic qubits.
First-hand experience building research collaborations or grant applications.
