About This Role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time position in Greenwood, Missouri. This outpatient orthopedic clinic provides care for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, ranging from adolescents to older adults.
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, creating clear plans of care, providing skilled treatment, documenting progress in WebPT, and working closely with PTAs and other clinical team members. This role is open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians.

Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
EMR: WebPT
Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
Salary Range
- $65K–$70K annually for new graduate Physical Therapists
- $80K–$90K annually for experienced Physical Therapists, based on years of experience
Schedule Options
The clinic offers flexibility and strongly prefers one of the following options:
Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Option 2: Monday–Friday
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Clinical Setting
This clinic sees approximately 160–190 patient visits per week, with individual patient volume averaging 7–15 patients per day. Most patients are treated for orthopedic and musculoskeletal concerns, including mobility limitations, pain-related movement issues, strength deficits, balance concerns, post-injury recovery, and return-to-activity goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and identify patient goals, functional limitations, and treatment needs
- Create individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional movement training, gait training, mobility work, and balance activities
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, activity modification, and safe movement habits
- Reassess patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in WebPT
- Work with PTAs to ensure care plans are followed appropriately
- Communicate with providers, referral sources, patients, and team members when needed
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work professionally with patients across a broad age range
