Job Description

The Role:

  • You will be Assisting the Financial Controllers in the operation of the Finance Department overseeing 18 Hotels
  • Engaging with Hotel Managers to develop and maintain effective controls and procedures
  • Assist with AP & AR functions
  • Balance Sheets & Bank reconciliations
  • Assist in monthly forecasting preparation
  • Assist with internal audit control reviews
  • Assist with month end closure and reporting
  • Assist in Budget preparation
  • Adhoc duties as instructed by Financial controller

Qualifications

About You:

  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent internal & external communication skills.
  • You have great time management skills, enthusiasm, motivation and want to actively collaborate across different business units.
  • Experience with Sun, Opera, and Purchase Plus is beneficial but not essential
