Job Description
The Role:
- You will be Assisting the Financial Controllers in the operation of the Finance Department overseeing 18 Hotels
- Engaging with Hotel Managers to develop and maintain effective controls and procedures
- Assist with AP & AR functions
- Balance Sheets & Bank reconciliations
- Assist in monthly forecasting preparation
- Assist with internal audit control reviews
- Assist with month end closure and reporting
- Assist in Budget preparation
- Adhoc duties as instructed by Financial controller
Qualifications
About You:
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent internal & external communication skills.
- You have great time management skills, enthusiasm, motivation and want to actively collaborate across different business units.
- Experience with Sun, Opera, and Purchase Plus is beneficial but not essential
