Get to Know the Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Finance Business Services, you will be instrumental in architecting and executing the SSC’s performance governance framework. This role is dedicated to championing KPI tracking and ensuring absolute data accuracy, delivering the reporting and analytics that drive visibility across service delivery, operational productivity, and financial outcomes. As a high-impact individual contributor, you will focus on providing the sophisticated insights necessary to support strategic decision-making and enable a culture of relentless continuous improvement throughout the SSC.
Key Responsibilities: Your Strategic Mandate
Own and Evolve the Performance Governance Framework: Design, standardize, and continuously improve KPI and SLA frameworks across P2P, O2C, and R2R processes, ensuring clear metric definitions, governance, and consistent calculation logic across regions and stakeholders. This includes establishing respective governance forums (e.g., monthly business reviews, weekly dashboard set-ups, etc.) and serving as the central point of truth for performance measurement within the SSC.
Ensure Data Integrity and Performance Visibility: Establish and maintain robust performance datasets as the single source of truth, reconciling data across ERP systems and BI tools. Use this foundational data to monitor SLA adherence, analyse volume and cycle-time trends, and proactively highlight risks and areas of underperformance to drive stakeholder action.
Deliver Insightful, Actionable Reporting: Partner with Data Analytics and Finance Systems teams to design and enhance dashboards, translating complex datasets into tailored, actionable insights for senior stakeholders while enabling robust governance and self-service analytics.
Drive Continuous Improvement and Value Creation: Embed performance-driven decision-making across the SSC by challenging existing assumptions and identifying opportunities to raise the bar on efficiency and service quality. Quantify the impact of automation and process improvements, building transparency around value creation, and acting as a thought partner to senior leadership on performance optimization.
Qualifications
Experience: 5–8 years in FP&A, or performance management, ideally in high-volume, multi-country environments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Apps (GoogleSheets, GBQ), SQL or Python scripting, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau). Knowledge of SAP, Concur, and Ariba
Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and a proactive approach to identifying issues and insights.
AI Fluency: Demonstrated exposure to LLMs and Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, N8N, Gemini, NotebookLM, Custom Copilots) with a proven ability to leverage them for complex data analysis, workflow automation, and insightful reporting.
