Refining Operator

Job Description

岗位概述:

负责检查/巡检生产线设备和调整生产参数，确保生产设备的安全生产和正常运行，并努力使之达到最优化。

Be mainly responsible for inspection of production line equipment and adjustment of parameters as required to ensure safe production

主要职责:

1、遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求；

Comply with the company's food safety, quality, and environmental policy regulations. Abide by and implement safety regulations and code of conduct.

2、对精炼的设备熟练操作，保质保量地完成生产任务；

Familiar with the equipment of refinery workshop, complete the production task with high quality and quantity.

3、调整设备的工作状况和参数，使之在最优状态工作，同时负责设备的保养和维护；

Adjust the working condition and parameters of the equipment, maintenance of the equipment.

4、对过程中的参数进行记录；

The parameters in the process are recorded

5、负责岗位/区域的5S工作；

Responsible for 5S work in post/area

6、公司/部门交办的其他事项。

Qualifications

技能知识

• 从事食用油加工行业(中和工段、脱色工段、脱臭工段、脱蜡工段)，精炼玉米油、葵花籽油优先。
• 会操作离心机、冷冻机优先。

工作经历

• 从事粮油行业，食品，饲料，化工至少一年的工作经验。

At least one year of working experience in the grain and oil industry, food, feed, and chemical industry.

教育背景

• 大专及以上学历

College degree or above.
