This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate appointments and meeting schedules for staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
