Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally as the initial point of contact.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls accurately and promptly.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room bookings efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition at all times.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services and policies.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
