Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
