Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in dynamic environments, and are eager to develop event coordination and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of promotional events and outreach campaigns.
- Welcome attendees and provide information about event activities, products, and services.
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
- Work closely with team members to achieve event goals and deliver positive experiences.
- Monitor event activities and help address attendee needs in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of event participation and engagement.
- Assist with inventory management of promotional materials and event supplies.
- Contribute ideas to improve event experiences and customer engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
